Our home sits in a quiet residential pocket of South Dallas close to Fair Park, with fast access to I-45 and the DART Green Line. Downtown offices, the Baylor medical district and the Cedars arts district are all a short drive.

One monthly payment covers your furnished room, electricity, water, gas, high-speed wifi, weekly cleaning of common areas, laundry and full use of the kitchen, living room and yard.
Stay terms are flexible — from shorter stays to longer leases, depending on the room and the season. Tell us your plans in the form and we will confirm what is possible right now.
A small community of screened residents — every housemate is met in person before they move in, and we introduce the house carefully so it stays a calm, respectful home.
Yes — a refundable security deposit applies. We share the amount together with current rates when you inquire, before you sign anything.
Always. We run in-person and video tours most days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
Guests are welcome for up to three nights with notice to the house. Pets are considered case by case — tell us about yours in your application.
